Phase1: Discovery & Onboarding
We'll kick things off with a quick discovery call to go over your goals and make sure we’re a good fit. After that, we’ll send over detailed proposal outlining your project deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once your deposit's in, we’ll get you set up with your personal Trello board where we'll get everything ready for the design phase.
Phase 2: Strategy & Moodboards
In this phase, we dig into your business goals, values, and voice to define your brand’s identity and explore creative directions, presented as moodboards. This groundwork ensures every design choice is tailored to feel unmistakeably you and speak directly to the people you’re selling to.
Phase 3: Design & Development
The logo exploration phase is where your brand’s visual direction starts to take shape. We explore multiple design directions, refine what works, and narrow in on a logo and visual identity that feels intentional, aligned with your business, and built to last, not trend-driven.
Phase 3: Additional Assets
Now that your brand direction is set, we turn it into usable tools that make your business look as professional as it deserves. Every asset is built to work together so your brand feels clear and cohesive across every touchpoint. Deliverables may include social media graphics, stationery, presentation materials, print collateral, and more.
Phase 4: Handover & Launch
We’ll package up your final files, organized and labelled for easy access, and set you up with guidelines to make applying your new branding seamless. Launch graphics and templates give you everything you need for a stress-free rollout.
