THE CHALLENGE
The marketing team at Eastman Plumbing reached out to us to to refresh their branding and redesign their 35 page Squarespace website. After diving into their goals and paint points, we realized the current website was getting visitors, but not converting those visitors into paying customers. The current branding wasn’t building the necessary trust they needed, and the existing felt clunky and confusing to navigate. After diving into their goals for the redesign, We did a strategic refresh to give the brand a sleek, modern look that elevated what was existing rather than starting from scratch.

With the website redesign, we took the old confusing and clunky layout and revamped it with a clean, intuitive design that feels natural to navigate throughout. The new website design makes it easy for visitors explore the various plumbing and renovation services Eastman offers and seamlessly book a call. within the first month since launch, eastman already noticed a major increase in calls booked prior to the redesign.
